  • The item pictured is what you will receive.
  • Custom and Wedding orders require a 50% deposit on order and remainder is due prior to collection or delivery.
    Please note: Due to often needing to purchase specific items for custom orders, there is no refund for change of mind.
  • Please take care to read through terms and conditions when ordering as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns unless item is damaged upon arrival.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (minor shedding can occur during transit of dried and preserved flowers and foliage, this is normal) Sometimes dried & preserved flowers may squash a bit during transit but will go back to their normal shape once unpacked.
